Due to the magical nature of our products, please note:

  • Horror & Gothic costumes with special effects makeup or props must be returned in completely unused condition
  • Diva Costumes with intricate accessories must include all original pieces
  • Disney Princess & Barbie Costumes must maintain their original magical appearance

Note: We cannot accept returns on costumes that have been worn to events or parties, as this breaks the transformation spell!
